  Two years back I had really bad experience with Lori one of the vision center associate and she practically was very abusive to me and my daughter, in fact I could have sued them for the way she was abusive and yelling at my daughter. But I just complained to the Manager and the manager promised that Lori will call me and apologize, but three months went by there was no call, then I went to walmart again asked the Manager why I never got a call from her staff, she said well she was away and she did not follow up with her staff (Lori). So I contacted the walmart again and a district manager said he had heard many complaints but my experience seemed quiet genuine so he will make sure the staff who treated me badly will call me and apologize. So finally Lori calls me and says "can you refresh my memory I got an email from the district manager asking me to call you" so this made me so annoyed that after all the complaint and details I submitted no one even informed her what she did wrong, so I said NO I am not going to repeat how she insulted and abused me and my daughter and on that she just hungup.
  But she still works there and still rude to customers, in fact I like most of the staff there they are extremely friendly and nice except this one person.
