  Wow a place with Peking Duck done the correct way in Central NJ. It's a miracle ! Passed it by complete chance as I am never down that way, pulled over and dropped it to see if they served it with the pancakes, scallion cucumber and hoisin sauce, and the old guy said yes. Felt like I hit the lottery.
  I live about 20 minutes away so it wasn't nice and hot when I got home but boy did it taste great. Inside is not the nicest. But did I mention they have Peking Duck?
