  Such a lousy place, the staff is pathetic! They dont even bother to help you. When we asked someone to help us regarding a sofa set, one of the sales staff said we are on a lunch break, our manager is also out to grab lunch. After waiting for sales rep for half an hour there came a sales rep named “ROBIN”. She was in such a hurry. She quickly told us the price. When i asked her the delivery time and charges she went like i dont no i have to be with other clients as well. “Racist”!! Then came the manager, she was so confused running here and there to grab her tablet, then took soo long to tell us the final prices etc, but unfortunate for them, we were serious buyers, have to leave the store and went next doors to R&F and finally bought a better set than Macys! R&F people are the best! Go and buy from them. I Donot Recommend macys furniture store NB at all!!
