  DO NOT RENT HERE! Please take the time to research all reviews on this apartment. For how much you pay you are living around individuals who smoke, allow their kids to play in the parking lot, and so so so many issues with maintenance.
  
  I didn't research reviews before I rented and wound up seeing every single issue that was in those reviews. My AC didn't work the first day moving in and continued to break repeatedly, and still does not work!!! Maintenance and Management could care less too. Maintenance is very rude, and be prepared to pay them $25 in cash if you ever lock your keys in your apartment. They refuse to open the door otherwise.
  
  They also promise "renovated rooms"...this is a lie. They left a huge mess in my bathroom including holes, writing on the wall, and paint everywhere! I was paying 150 plus extra for this.
  
  Also, DO NOT use the "storage" units. They have black mold, bugs, and it does not smell right what so ever on the first floor. There was also water leaking in! Again Management didn't care and told me I was better off not using it as in the lease it is prone to leaks and issues. So whether you use it or not you still pay the same rent.
  
  They also allow children to run around in the parking lot, making is dangerous just to pull in and out. There are no parents around and they even bring out toys, basketball hoops, and chalk and leave it around in the parking lot.
  
  Do no rent here, just don't. Not worth it. The commute on 27 and 1 is horrible. Don't do it!!!

  Not that great. They raise their rents every year but barely take care of the property. I have a pending ticket with them to repair the rust on my bathtub for over 6 months and nothing has been done about it.
