  This review is long overdue, but I hope the content makes up for it. My wife and I have 2 Toyotas that we bring in religiously every 5,000 miles and I always have had the best experience. Of course, the quality of the servicing is important, and it is very high, but just as important to me is the human interaction. The service advisor I always deal with is Alex Guerrero, and to be honest, if it is for a scheduled maintenance I will only go when Alex is there to take care of my car. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy, as I have observed this with others he takes care of also. Which is not to say that everyone doesn't, they all do...I just have gotten used to dealing with Alex. And even on the rare occasion that something didn't go as planned, Rich the manager and the support staff all work to make things right.
  I highly recommend them, and am a confirmed Toyota customer, now, just based on the service alone. Also the coffee and donuts...and my dog, when he is with me.
