  Isaac Valentin is as good as it gets,
  Shows and demonstrates pointing out the effectiveness when training
  Is enthusiastically interested in working to benefit others in they’re careers and life
  Has a great work ethic that pushes others to work just as hard to get to any level that they want to accomplish
  Encourages better behavior as mentor and even role model.
  Isaac Valentin is exactly what people who need the help look for when opening for positions or are in search for someone who knows what they are doing in any fitness /fighting/ wrestling related work.
  Is a young & experienced and seeks to learn and grow along with helping YOU and others just like you to reach your goals.   Matt and his crew do a great job in the classes. All levels are challenged. Full body workout. Certainly would recommend people to give it a try.
