  Horrible, horrible, horrible way to do business!!!!!!! My husband and I purchased a groupon deal with this company a couple of months ago to get our gutters cleaned. Made numerous phone calls to get an appointment and were constantly told 'we will call you back' 'somebody will be there today' 'we will be there this weekend'. The most recent phone call I made I was told that he would call me back in an hour and that he would come and do it. Sounded like I just woke him up. Of course I never got a call back and nobody came!! Was dealing with this aggravation for almost a month! After much persistence I was able to get my money back from groupon! Why post a deal on groupon and not bother to follow through with the customer?!?!?! Jerks! My husband wound up cleaning the gutters himself!
