  My first experience at Mollaga Indian Grill of North Brunswick will certainly not be my last. I've frequented many fast casual establishments, but I was especially impressed by the cleanliness, service, and variety of entrees offered at this location. The staff was friendly, despite this being my first visit. The server walked me through all of the menu options and offered me samples to be sure I liked my selections. Last, but not least, Mollaga offered a ton of flavorful choices to choose from. I opted for the chicken Kebab as my entre protein. The chicken was moist, well seasoned, and all of the toppings in the case looked freshly prepared. The restaurant was really clean and well maintained. Although there was a constant flow of customers, the staff quickly served everyone so there wasn't much of a wait. There are also a ton of healthy options for all of you health conscious (and cost conscious) folks out there! I'll definitely be back !
